Site Structure and Progress

The homepage is complete.
The following pages are fully finished: Home, Photos, Interviews, Guest Book, Links, Dev Logs, and About.
The About/Credits page is mostly done, but credits still need to be added.
Videos and Clips, Merch, and Lost Media pages are not yet finished, so they currently show a custom "page not found" placeholder.
I'm debating whether to remove the Videos and Clips section entirely, since I don't know how to upload video on Neocities and don't want to pay for that functionality.

Photos Section

Photos are categorized, but there's an "Unsorted" section for pictures I can't date. If anyone can help identify years, that would be appreciated.
The 2010s and 2020s categories are the easiest to sort since his appearance is very distinct in those eras; the 90s is currently the only category with images filled in under it.
Bumper photos (from TBS, Late Night, and The Tonight Show combined) total an enormous number (close to 500 images!) so I don't want to upload them all directly. Right now they're linked to a Flickr profile, though I may need to compress them heavily to archive them properly. I'll likely start with TBS since it has the fewest images.
The Miscellaneous section still needs thumbnails added for both the Gift subsection and the Fan Art subsection.

Guest Book

I'm enjoying the notes people have left so far.
I added a sound effect (meant to sound like a cartoon drum) that should play when someone writes a message, but it isn't working yet. The "sound check" entries are just me testing it.

Fun Extras

I added a linkback button for anyone with a Neocities or Tumblr site who wants to link back. Please download and host the image yourself rather than hotlinking it.
I added a joke "search engine" feature in the homepage corner called Drummy, which links to its own page (Drummy.web) and gives canned responses pointing users to where things are on the site. It's not run by AI, but a pre-made list of phrases and replies.

Fan Contributions Policy

Thank you to everyone who has reached out to contribute fan art. Fan art submissions are welcome.
Fan fiction is more complicated: I won't accept current RPF (real person fiction) about Conan himself, since this is meant to be an archival site.
Older fan fiction (20 to 30 years old, e.g. from GeoCities-era sites) may be treated differently since it can be viewed as a historical artifact.
Fan fiction about characters he's played (rather than about him as a real person) is completely fine.

Open Questions / To-Do

I need to optimize the site for mobile. It currently looks bad on some pages, though there's already a "best viewed on desktop" note in place.
I'm looking for input on what to add or cut, especially regarding the Videos and Clips section and the Unsorted photo gallery.
I'm deciding whether future updates should be posted on the site itself (via a blog/update section) or on Tumblr, mainly so both I and readers can track what's been added or still needs work.
